Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings and Deposits:

• All services require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking, to be paid before the first day of recording.

• The deposit amount will typically be half of the total fee.

• The deposit is required two weeks in advance of the day recording is scheduled to begin.

2. Payment Terms:

• The full balance is due upon completion and delivery of the final masters.

• No release ready masters will be delivered until the final payment is received.

3. Cancellation Policy:

• The deposit is fully refundable if the cancellation occurs before any work, including recording, has begun.

• If cancellation takes place after the commencement of work, including one or more days of recording, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

• Cancellations made within 1 day of the scheduled session will be subject to a charge of £50, which will be taken out of your deposit. The rest will be refunded.

4. Revisions:

• Each package includes unlimited revisions up until the end point stipulated in the project timeline that is established before the project begins. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon time limit for the project may be subject to extra charges.

5. Ownership and Usage:

• The client retains ownership of the original music compositions.

• The client is entitled to the unmixed project stems, and will be offered them once the project is finished. 

• The producer will keep a backup of the project stems but is not liable if they are lost or corrupted.

6. Delivery Timeline:

• A timeline for project completion and delivery of final masters will be established at the start of the project.
